Alpha Rehabilitation has built a reputation for providing top notch contracted services for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We currently contract short term and long term for services in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and residential treatment facilities. Our team has a strong passion for delivery of service in rural Nebraska, we understand the challenges and unique patient needs in these communities.

We also have over 15 years of history in contracting physical therapy, occupation therapy, and speech therapy for school districts across the state. We are up to date with service delivery models and billing practices to help school districts with short and long term coverage needs.

  • How far do you travel?
  • Do you bill directly?
  • Do you require a year commitment?
We travel a radius of 70 miles. Short term coverage needs past that radius can be negotiated.
We are able to invoice cost per hour or bill contracted service through MIPS and insurance providers.
Every contract is a case by case basis and will be negotiated for what is in the best interest of both parties.
