Tips for a “Sensory-Friendly” Halloween


Halloween is coming up.  Most of us can tackle the costumes, parties, and trick-or-treating without difficulty. But, consider the child with sensory processing issues….the child who can’t stand tags or itchy materials, who jumps at unexpected noises, who gets overstimulated by busy crowds. For these individuals, special considerations need to be made.
